Job Description

Diamond Personnel has an immediate need for several contract attorneys to work on a remote securities document review project. The project will start in early January and is expected to last at least six months. Candidates for this project must be admitted to practice in at least one UD state and should have at least six months of securities experience (substantive or document review). This project will be entirely remote.
