Job Description

Mid-sized regional law firm is seeking a Human Resources Manager to handle all HR administration and enforcement of HR policies.  Responsibilities include talent acquisition, payroll and benefits administration.  This is a full time exempt position offering a salary in the 85-100K range.  Detailed responsibilities include:

  • Full cycle recruiting, on boarding, employee training, and terminations
  • Employee relations
  • Staying up to date on changes in Federal and State benefit and labor laws and updating policies as needed
  • Supervising Legal Assistant/Secretarial staff and managing coverage and OT
  • Updating and changing firm manual
  • Processing payroll
  • Benefits administration
  • Managing year end performance salary and bonus reviews
  • Coordinate annual heal insurance renewal

Job Qualifications

  • 8+ years Human Resource Management experience within a mid size law firm or corporate organization
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Experienced in recruiting, payroll and benefits
  • Ability to efficiently multi-task
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
