Job Description

A large law firm in midtown Manhattan seeks an experienced senior level intellectual property litigation paralegal.  Experience with patent litigation is a must.  This position involves assisting with general litigation case management, including document production and review, trial preparation, and database creation and administration.

Job Qualifications

The ideal candidate would have at least 5 years of experience working within intellectual property litigation, and specifically patent litigation.  The candidate must have experience taking cases from inception to trial.  Ability to perform legal research, draft correspondence, analyze pleadings, and assisting with docketing as well as cite checking is required.  This person must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, as well as litigation document and transcript databases.
