Large law firms seeks Practice Coordinator to assist with all aspects of a general corporate practice for their NYC office.
Job Qualifications
Candidate must have experience performing corporate housekeeping, including drafting corporate minutes, checking corporate names for availability, reserving names, and preparing and filing charter and formation documents for corporations, LLCs and partnerships. The Practice Coordinator will be responsible for the coordination, set-up and maintenance of a corporate document database, will handle the assembly of Board materials and related minutes on a monthly basis.
