Job Description

Prestigious international law firm’s Mountain View, CA office is seeking a Temporary Records Assistant III to assist with file transfers, gathering and reviewing physical and electronic data. This role will be working under the direction of the Information Governance Senior Manager. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of legal record keeping procedures, litigation and corporate physical and electronic data analysis and techniques. 1-3 years of experience in a law environment is preferred with records or case clerk experience. The position requires strong computer and data entry skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, agility in handling requests, and strong teamwork skills. Pay rate is commensurate with experience.

Job Qualifications

Must have the ability to handle and complete tasks and projects timely and accurately

Must be able to communicate effectively with personnel on all levels

Must be able to lift 40 lbs. on a routine bases

Must have a strong understanding of legal record keeping procedures, litigation and corporate physical and electronic data analysis and techniques

Must have 1-3 years of experience in a law environment is preferred with records or case clerk experience

Must be detail oriented and have the ability to follow directions

Preferred knowledge in document management systems, MS Office Suite, HP RM and Colorbar
